about 2 blocks from richmond. not a bad neighbor hood,
here the address 388 breckenridge street. its a corner lot so off street parking is numerious lol, it has a 2 car garage. its not heated, has garage door opener.
3 bedroom, 1 bath, full attic not finished, full basement not finished, kitchen, living room and dining room attached which is like about 35ft by 15ft.
if interested i could get some more detail on price and everything.
