lol I’m just saying what I’ve noticed in the area.
No pics yet.I just found out about 20 mins ago when my tenant was walking down the back stairs that he was moving at the end of the month because of his girl.Not in a complex either.4 apts above a business in which 2 of the tenants are NEVER home and the other one has been there for 12yrs.Probably going to put new Pergo floors throughout tho.
