For some reason, the connect button on the console doesn’t want to work. When i press it, the ring doest spin. I got a controller to connect once after trying for about 20 min, but now it just doesn’t want to work. Is there another way to connect a wireless controller without using the button on the xbox?

plug it in with the charging cord. then just take it out

my cuz had a problem like this take the cover and most likely your cover is prob the button that press the connect button is broken on the inside. to make sure that it is this take your cover off and press the connect button with out the cover on and it should work.
How full is the battery? Are they double a’s or the charge pack? Tried another controller?
