You know when a fine upstanding woman like yourself gives roadhead you are supposed to be in the passenger seat and not driving right?
ur crack kills
about time you chimed in
could just go to a local junkyard and might be able to find a cover for cheap…just do some calling around and find something cheap
meh
CRACK KILLS NUKA
I think it’s time to just burn the car, and don’t forget to lock yourself inside it when doing so.
thats a 800 -1k dollar job at a body shop, i would find a used bumper at a junkyard and then just have someone do a quick respray at their house or something. my buddy does side work at his garage in belle vernon… he does really nice work and is very resonable…
i could pm his number to you and you could talk with him, im thinking he would charge about 300ish for a new used bumper and respray.
pm me for his info
or you could get a red bumper off a 96-00 civic and have to do NO paintwork at all, and just pull the dent, and have someone put the bumper on, that would cost you about 75.00-150.00… you just have to find the red bumper in good shape. I could also pm you a very good priced junkyard that would probably have both parts (bumper and filler panel below the rear light)…
oh i have a red bumper off a 97+hatch, it is in great shape, but DEF needs repainted!
oh and using the two words good/cheap in the same sentence when it comes to body work, usually doesnt work out to well, good work isnt cheap, and cheap work isnt good, kinda the same in the tattoo world!
.
I vote looking for one at a junkyard, the paint alone is gonna cost atleast $300 assuming you have nothing and you want the good stuff
also try 724-423-7217, that’s Denny Andrews, i’d try there first all he does is hondas
Agree
denny andrews is too expensive
and he’s a douchebag, but sometimes you have no choice.
thanks for all your responses… helps alot … but im just redoing the whole car in the spring… im going to prob but a body kit on it like i wanted to do which means new rear and front bumper… and just get it painted… my father tows wrecked cars to different junk yards and says he can pick me up a new one for about $30.00 but it is the paint thats expensive. Its holding up nicely and not cracking any more. But ill prob just fix it myself… but not now because i have no idea what will happen and how bad this winter is going to be
Wow, Thanks Swalin… makes me really want to renew my sponsorship…
Alright! Another civic with a bodykit… just what Pittsburgh needed.
thats def a 800-1000$ job
when my front bumper got scratched on my integra by some old lady backing into me i took it to moon twp autobody and i believe my estimate was for 700$ just to repaint it
if they needed to get a new cover it was over 1000$
if you have full coverage on it
which im assuming you dont
id just pay the 500$ deductable and get it all done that way. if not buy a new bumper cover (you can get them for a little over 100 bucks my friend just got one for his 97 hatch) and find a person that will spray it for you. thats your best option.
