Update:

So Two weeks ago now I dropped off my rear valance with the second exhaust hole patched to get painted.

About last week i call for an update only to have them try to tell me i had done a shitty patch job and it broke. I said BS. I tested it at length myself. This lead to the guy telling me that well it had been broken but they would repair it at their cost.
This brings us to day I call and ask for an update. To which I am told the valance is not here yet. How can it not be there I dropped it off 2 weeks ago. Well that one was damaged beyond repair so we ordered a new one.

What does this mean? It means that now I have to wait the 5-7 business days for the new valance to be made because its a non-stock item and then wait 7-10 for it to be shipped freight to this place AND THEN wait for them to patch the whole and paint the damn thing.

I may just tell them to go fuck themsleves have them ship it to my house and do it myself.

SO I went overthere after work yesterday and told them I suppose its not their fault that they are morons and wanted to see the lip i had given them. It looks like someone backed over it with a car and then drove forward over it again.

I told them that I would not need their services and they could have the new piece shipped to my address. There was some bickering. They tried telling me that they paid over $400 for it and that was before they asked to have it air shipped. To which i told them I could obtain one of the best quality full rear bumpers (BN Sports) for under $450 shipped to my door and I really didn’t appreciate their constant dishonesty.

So long story short I recieved an email from the freight company this morning and my lip is on its way to me. When it gets here maybe I’ll do a write up on how to patch the whole.
