You think your s**t is big?

High Boost Intercooler Boots …

Intercoolers themselves & piping can be a nightmare to get to hold sometimes … Freeze plugs in the head sometimes go boom as well

correct me if im wrong but i think you would make the extra hp from efficiency not more volume of air. if your new turbo is more efficent it would make less heat at that same psi which in turn would make more hp. the volume of air is close the same naturally aspirated as forced induction. if you have say a 350 cid engine it at best can only take 350 cubic inches of air per cycle. but if its compressed air it is the same volume but more oxygen per ci. that is where you get your power from. if you take away the variables of forced induction like efficiency and friction all motors would have twice the power at 14.7 psi, three times at 29.4, four times at 44.1 and so on. what im trying to say is unless you upgrade to better efficiency or less friction you are going to have the same power at the same psi. the power you make is directly related to a combination of cubic inches, volumetric efficiency and psi.

Your 100% … A more efficiencent turbo will make more power … but a 62mm @ 64psi is pushing less air than a 66/74 @ 64psi & the 66/74 will be more efficiecent.

its the main caps that walk and can rip off with high hp on GM blocks, especially small blocks. I’m not sure about the LSx stuff as they have 6 bolt mains i think. Diesel stuff i also have no idea but the mains are where the greatest load is

it wouldnt suprise me if fmfkid somehow got his hands on one of these…

x2

:eek:Thats a big fuckin turbo! But why would you need something that big? You wouldn’t have a car left when it hits 50psi!

Answer your question? :finger2:

fuck you Bobby. I didn’t see that part. But, do you think that will fit on my car? hahahah.
