is there any place up there that rents boats? I thought I seen a place that did the last time I went thru that way… cant seem to find any on the net

ya the dam that US40 passes over. they call it the Youghiogheny River lake.
I found a map of the lake and it shows only 1 place up there that rents boats. ( the somerfield south marina) cant find a number or website so I cant call for rates…
Nobody rents boats unless its private.
Damn.
I have lived here for some 38 years, and never heard it called anything other than yough dam.
