YOUR MOST SHAMELESS RICER MOMENT

The velcro padded seatbelt things I bought from autozone that had NOS on them. They were tossed out in 3 days.

Thats about it.

On my Sunbird I had the “PONTIAC” Banner. I really liked how it looked on there. I also had a Chrome “PONTIAC” Liscense Plate Frame, Oh yeah.

On the Grand Am I had Ricer Mesh for a few months. I took it off eventually because I did not like the way it looked. But I had Headlight Covers for a while.

The sad part is that “ricing” continues to be a billion dollar industry. Seriously don’t people know how stupid it is yet? 7-21-2009 do people still think their rice is sweet? I’ll bet they still have big sideburns too.

I’ve never riced anything :gotme:
I was always more focused on making everything run better…
Like putting a 283 in my '55 Willys

Nitrous Decals on my Monte Carlo…but it actually has Nitrous and it was pre-Fast and Furious era.

HAHAHAhaha…understatement of the year.

  1. I had a blue probe with “PROBE” on the window…
I have no idea what I was thinking. Should have had it say Anal Probe.

  2. I put Blue neons under my cav back in '01 to get " unwanted" attention.
Used them 3 or 4 times and they are still there, but have not been wired since the ‘turbo issue’

  3. Oh, and getting custom DRV NKD plates fits now too. It seemed so much funnier 8 years ago.

My new VW is gay enough that I don’t need to ricer mod it like my older gay cars.

I had a glass pack on my first V6 Camaro, and had a HUGE shift light on the dash of my LT1. I also remember one of the first times I drove my dads formula (age 16 or 17) I tried to do a burnout with traction control on…instant fail.

I had a 91 Oldsmobile Calais when I turned 16. I put yellow fog lights on it, punched a hole in the muffler so it was louder, and put a giant APC banner in the windshield along with other NOS stickers.

All the stickers, I think I put out about 350hp at the wheels.

sssshhhhh don’t tell NYSpeed!

I’m glad you had that sticker on there. I would have no idea otherwise what brand of car that is.

Thank you. :mamoru:

This thread is epic. The most ricer thing I’ve done is rock steelies on my neon… which I still am. :banghead:

And debadging if that counts.

I’d say my only ricer moment was painting the firebird emblem & vents in my 91 firebird gold :gotme:

My S10s interior was alittle ricy, but I purchased it like that.

ohhhhhhhhhh - so body work, shaving door handles, performance mods, a nice exhaust, tinted windows, and 18" rims is some of my most ricery crap mods on this site :banghead:

I guess because I have a Grand AM, a non-bosted 4 cylinder, domestic car, FWD makes me have a ricey car :meh:

I should of join this site 5 years ago before I started with this project.

I just need a group hug from NYSPEED :grouphug:

Your car is smiling at me.

The fact that your grand am has a body kit on it is enough. The fact that said body kit is smiling is just the icing on the cake.

edit: damnit geehee

What performance mods do ya have?

Um, have you ever checked the definition of ricer? That’s basically it…

No, but the fact that you have that car with a TON of aesthetic mods does.

How can you NOT think you’re a ricer. You’re basically it to a tee!
