The last two days, for the first five miles or so each day, I’ve heard a tapping noise that increases with engine speed. Disappears after that. Any ideas? I had an oil change a few days ago; Could it be the wrong weight? I checked that it was filled to capacity.
Could be the wrong weight of oil. I would try changing it again with the correct weight oil and then giving it a test drive. Its cheap enough where you would be out a whole lot if it doesn’t fix the problem.
