you're doing it wrong v. boat launch

This is always how we depart from the BYC at Porter Ave. There is no point in risking it just to save ~3 mins of time

I was over at Collins today helping my father with his boat and saw this outside. I guess it hit the water intake, then sunk and it flipped upside down then was dragged on the bottom by the current which ripped off the radar arch, both outdrives, the swim platform and most of the transom. Then they pulled it up and towed it to the Ontario St. ramp. Here’s a couple pictures of it now.
