Ok well I’am going to be buying rims soon and putting on my z32 brakes (all around) at the same time on my s13, but I am no expert on rim dimensions and etc.
So basically I want SSR Professor SP1 rims 17x8 for the front and 18x9.5 for the rear. I know I’am going to have to roll my fenders but I dont know what offset would work with the z32 brakes.
These are the offsets they have available in the sizes I want:
18x9.5 +12,+22,+30,
17x8 +24,+11,+3,-7
If someone can help me out with this it will be grately appreciated.
Thanks!
I know SSR has “disc” sizes on their wheels. For example Low, Mid and High disc, this will determine your brake clearance and dish width. (low disc = more dish, high disc = more brake clearance).
In the front I would get atleast a Mid disc wheel, even a high to be safe, in the rear a low disc should clear Z32’s still. So if you get in contact with SSR, or maybe you can find online what offset corresponds to what disc.
In the rear I would go with the +22 if you dont want to fuk with your fenders too much, but you will still definatly need a roll and a pull depending on tire size and ride hieght. In the front is there any reason your going with an 8"? IMO that too small and if your getting these wheels new you might as well go all out, a 17x9 +19 will fit perfect. Maybe you’d want something even a bit more agressive.
Nice choice of wheel
