I’m looking at some SSR Comps for an S14 I’m trying to buy.
The wheels are 17x8’+38 offset, 5x114.3
Will I have any trouble running them for a dedicated AutoX wheel?
5 Lug, Z32tt brakes up front.

10mm atleast. just to be safe… id get the 10mm hub centric ones of bing tho great price and the product is awsome.
also it depends on the style of the disc concave etc…
You may want to go about more if your looking to have them sitting flush.
ugly sizing rim you’ll get the sunken battle ship look. i would look into a better size rim or run spacers if your dead set on the wheels. the size of the rim doesnt matter if it will clear z32 brakes its the spoke design but wide rim w/ high offset may rub your suspension.
for autocross/track i would run wider rims to run wider tires and tire choice is more important for autocross/track
Yeah I’m not concerned with the look while on the track, just the function.
I’ll probably be looking into something else now anyway, since the guy decided he didn’t want to sell his car until the end of the season.
I have another 240 in the works, that hopefully goes through. It’s much more impressive than the one I missed out on this time.
