How do I stop the windows on my truck from squealing when going up and down?
The drivers side is definately the worst.
I tried spraying some cooking oil in the tracks yesterday but it didnt seem to help.

Clean and lubricate the rubber weatherstripping between the glass and the door. Armor all interior wipes work pretty good. If that doesn’t work try using rubber/vinyl conditioner since the rubber is probably dried out from all your man goo
Ill have to try that tonight after I wash the truck.

HA! Silverado’s windows don’t squeal because they’re too busy hanging out in the bottom of the door when you snap an awesome regulator. Happens ALL THE TIME.
It was recommended for another truck I had and it worked so I tried it again.
Happened to the Sierra my grandfather had. I took it to get a new battery put in after he died and my grandmother wanted to sell it and I put the window down and it didnt go back up. I think she paid about $500 to get it fixed.
