:pop:excited:rofl If there is one thing I know about RC cars, I think you are suppose to look at “car” when you are driving it…:ponder
If you got 1k to burn, by all means: http://traxxas.com/products/models/electric/6407xo1

why the hell does something that has no gears need a tach?
Cool its an updated 4TEC brushless ready :lol It does 50mph out of the box, same as the old one, and 100 if you buy awesome lipos. So did Traxxas buy Castle Creations?
just saw that this morning , im looking to get back into rc cars and this time im going 4wd electric . I used to do all nitro but electric has gotten so much better in the years Ive been out of it .
This is a niche car. Scale is wacked (1:7), unless someone start racing them in some semi organized series, this will forever remain a “toy”.
If you are into 4wd electric (I am guess off-road), look into 1:10 SC trucks. It took off like wild fire and I believe every manufacturer have a 4wd SC truck except, TTBOMK, Associated.
I do like the chassis design, with the duct right to the motor, maybe they will carry that over to tenth scale. Traxxas is still the “toy” of the hobby grade rcs, I think anyways.
1/10 or 1/18 scale is where its at. And Associated does make a 4x4 SC10, only one I would consider. http://www.towerhobbies.com/products/associated/ascd9005m_e.html :rofl So bad ass.
