hey everyone is entitled to there own opinion but i feel strongly that you should buy the best for your hard earned $$$ not for the emblem or what others think…
there is a time and a place for “value”… and I feel that when something it your hobby you should aspire to more than that.
But to label a company is dumbfounded… I would buy from any company if it had a good warranty and stand-up cars…
For instance i would never buy a malibu/cobalt but i would buy gm
I would never buy a sentra/versa but i would nissan
I would never buy a yaris/prius but i would buy a toyota/ETC…
For instance people have to stop thinking Hyundai = Accel those days are long gone and im sure many of you will change your mind if and when you get a chance you ride in an Azera/V8 Genesis/Genesis Coupe…
People have different priorities. If image is one of them, then a Hyundai just doesn’t cut it right now. Maybe in ten years if their cars continue improving…
rebrand and do something innovative and I’ll open my mind… also, enter this into some touring car racing or do something to give it some pedigree. but it’s going to take more than just copying design and filling a features list.
as I said, I hope to have one as a rental car.
sorry but i had to
can’t see from work.
sure you can google browse007.com
also blocked.
google is blocked?
no, browse007.com is along with just about every anonomizer.
gay well you and i should get back to work
this tread smells like all kinds of ass and hot dogs
hyundai needs an upscale brand if they want to truly compete with an upmarket offering
So i got a quote of 21 on trade for my sti, and invoice on a white w/ black rabbit… waiting to see how that deal looks.
Wow where did you go? If they offer you more then last time its worth me taking a look… Northtown?
it wasn’t local, some dealer in PA.
While 0% for 63 mos + $7300 off is a good deal, 0% most often times is nothing more than a marketing tool, esp. when dealing with cars that are so low cost.
Even with $0 down, over 5 years a $20k loan @ %5 is only going to cost you $2500-ish. Most places you can get new car loans under that. If you weren’t already planning on spending $20k on a car, buying one because it is 0% hardly makes sense IMO.
I also vote on buying something 1-2 yrs old and financing it. Let some other sucker take the depreciation hit (although I know that is your favorite pass time).
Like a “VW” rabbit? You. You’re going to trade an STI for a VW Rabbit? I mean, don’t get me wrong a Rabbit is a great cheap DD. But… Don’t make me bump a couple dozen of your VW fggt posts. :eyebrow: It’s official. The end is nigh.
So what do those things invoice at? ~$15k unless you option it up?
Yeah about that i think. IDK, I mostly hate on modded VWs and their owners. They’re OK DD cars.
Walter, i know what you’re saying tho… I need to stop buying new cars.
