0% Financing Offers

I think we all got the impression you were moving to Texas with the way you are talking about the money in your account being critical.

I have some stuff coming up and moving to a new place which will be the first on my own so I want the money in my account to handle new expenses like furniture and stuff and getting me situated. I am not sure how much to alot for until after I get situated so just looking at getting some information at these offers and looking at my options now before the seasons gets going.

Dont overextend yourself that much to where itd matter… buy a used/warranteed bike…

upgrade when you are settled.

straight up suzuki does not have anything like this available. they dont even have their own finance anymore period and the new loan company is not offering 0 percent.

yes credit cards have high interest after usually 24 months but if you are someone on the verge of graduating college and have more income it allows you to be on a quality machine now instead of later.

i can give you 100000000 reasons why its good and bad

Are dealers good to go through? Where is a good place to pick up a warranteed bike in the area? Bob Weaver I have heard good things but they seem to have only Yamahas unless they have more inventory in their showroom then online.

craigslist… ebay… etc etc… just make sure the bike is clean and the warranty is good… if its less than a year old, you can extend it yourself for ~400 bucks for 4 years unlimited mileage.

1 year old from date of original owner registration…fyi

what bike are you shopping for?

new bikes are very expensive and have super high rates the lowest rate on a sport bike available is 7.99 and thats if you have stupid baller ass credit like 750 plus and no other loans out.

credit union is the way to go for a loan… normally pretty lax on issuing compared to a bank… hows your credit?

isnt buying a new sport bike an extremely bad investment if you dont pay it in full? I say this because sport bikes dont hold their value as some other cruisers do

stunnnnna… check out the dirtbike bars.

I have one next to my office which I wanted to check with. my credit is flawless. I am closing out credit cards I don’t use anymore so I might take a little hit on my score but as of before my car loan in January, I have a score of 798.

what is the avg cost for a year of coverage for a bike?

full coverage? I pay 500 most people will be lucky to get it for under 1000… it ranges depending on the bike too… I’m talking an SS bike with a perfect record ~20 years old.

liability will run around 100-200

600RR so I can look at ~$250 year (basic)

yup.

I pay 500 full coverage through progressive for a full year.

progressive seems to be the most fair for motorcycle coverage… no doubt

I jumped on a 0% credit card offer through yamaha when i got my bike. I had a large down payment n stuff too though.
I had set up auto payments online for 1 week before the due-date… the wonderful lender decided it was ok to hold the payments for a week+1day processing, thereby making them late payments. Thanks shitty creditor!

So, before they had a chance to rape me with fees and the 20+% interest rate, I went to my credit union and took out a bike loan for the remaining balance.
Forget factory credit cards… if you’re financing just go through a credit union. I thought that since I’m responsible with payments and aware of my credit that they couldn’t get the best of me, and the 0% would pay off… I was wrong.
