Failed my G2 exit test again. This time perfect score except I merged too

try going to a different dmv although im sure it wont help if you have failed three times already
the only issue comes to mind is that you cant have alcohol in your blood and you fail… what happens if you drink before your test? DOOO IT!

Where did you take each of your tests?
My only suggestion is go to a test site far out in the boonies with nothing around it.
Some test centres are easier to pass at as well, maybe look into that.
Are you kidding me? There’s no way you can fail that test because of merging on the highway.
I did my G test in Oakville and used my friend’s Slorolla. I told the instructor, as i was merging, that the car took a while to pick up speed. I got perfect on everything else except that. But i still passed.

I went blank for some reason. I simply ‘forgot’ to pick up speed on the
merge (while entering the ramp). Infact, some dude behind me honked
at me cuz I was going 30km/h. :roll:

Let’s start a pool to see if I pass on the 4th try. Some proceeds go to
SON charity (and I’ll take a cut cuz these $75 are freakin expensive).
I did mine in windsor, where first off I beleive they give everyone who owns something that resembles a car a licence. and I booked it right before lunch so my tester was in a hurry to get back and eat lol
try booking at orangeville or some other slightly less populated area.

Yeah you could try NUNAVUT :lol:…but seeing the luck you have been having in the past tests you will probably end up hitting a polar bear and then spining out right into an igloo injuring the eskimos inside…and fail again :lol: .
It’s not so much where I take it; I just make dumb mistakes. Usually I
forget to do one or two things.
I forgot to mention that I also stayed in the left lane too long seeing its
a passing lane.
Rather then following road rules, I was pretty much listening to the orders
of the tester. So if he tells me to go in left lane I go there and I don’t
move out until I’m asked to.
I’d book it elsewhere and shit but it kinda sucks tellin my boss every
copule months that I need time off to do a road test. :roll:
Fuck it i stay on G2 forevar.
You’ll stay on your G2 til it expires and then you go back to your G1, at which time you will need someone from the club as your 24/7 chaperone.
I have a 4dots G license and I charge $55/hr.
Seriously though, retake it asap and try to relax. It’s clear these are not mistakes you’d make when driving normally. It’s nerves. So don’t worry about it so much… just drive “normally” but at the same time try to take all the lil bullshit actions the tester wants to see. Like when you’re changing lanes into a lane that JUST STARTED (eg. an onramp), make sure you check your blindspots even though you know there’s no car there. Stupid things like keeping your wheels straight inside an intersection waiting to make a left turn, keeping it above 30 on hwy ramps :shock:, etc.

Gonad are you getting nervous or something. I was joking with the instructor when getting tested. Its not that hard, just drive properly. I merged onto highway at 80 and did same shit as Marc said. I told instructor the car has horrible pickup, bare with me. She laughed and said np, you handeled it fine. As long as you don’t slow down the traffic behind you merged fast enough.
I drove a dam 91 tempo thats slow as hell, with the 240 there is no reason you should not be merging on at at least 120 if you wanted to :lol:
