02 TA Dyno runs

I understand

real cars done need the shift points changed

low blow man. They do if you have a 3600 stall. trust me.

mine has a 6000 stall. and 315 tires :finger: :69:

12 bolt? hope so.

Im just trying to say that there is a bandwagon and if your not on it then everything you do sucks.
Im not the kind of person to kiss anyones ass so feel free to think what you will.[/QUOTE]

just peeped your car domain page…that thing is sick

sweet ,i see he change dyno shops!
also what all do u have done?

i see youre somewhat rich. 13.5 is ideal for a NA motor

Fast Toys Ram Air, Lid, Smooth Bellow, Lid, Pacesetter LTs, ORY, GMMG, 3600 fuddle TC, 3.73s and of course tuned.

Quik,
Mikey thought that 12.9 was good for track and street use and no worries of detonation.

how do u like the fuddle?

Its my first TC so I dont have a real comparison. I like it. I have had some issues that needed worked out but was told most convertors do need some tuning done. I cut a 1.68 60 ft first time out with it on Nitto DRs.

i dont like Nitto DRs on f-bodys!mt dr are great!what issues did u have?

Some slight shift point problems and issues w/Pulse Width Modulation. Corrected by resetting shift points and upping line pressure. Also get code P0757 because the computer thinks the TC is slipping. Puts the car in limp mode. Just deleted the code and no more issue.

Now dont take this psot the wrong way. How much did he up ur line pressure? I know stock is 90 and anything over 95 is asking for trouble. there is a member on here silverws6 who kept have problems with his tranny. When I got the HP tuners I checked out all the setting and the line pressure. I found that the vette doctors up his line pressure to 110. He had problems with the tranny over heating and had one tranny fell him. Also Hpyertech has the shiftfirmness option on there tuners and I know I personally and alot of other people had there trannies burn up becasue when u used that option the setting was to high. I know TSP, thunder, and speeedinc dont go any higher then 95 on the setting on a stock tranny.

yeah my first tranny shit the bed early and teh second was also a lil chippy. I had my line pressure dropped by sam and it ran better and didnt F up or blow resistors/regulators

also ive heard some good and some bad from rapid motorsports i personally would never take my car there i went to VETTE DOCTORS in new york and they did a good tune not perfect since i didnt have a VETTE but overall good tune and a lil on the rich side. better to be safe than sorry but if i could do it over again id prolly just let sam tune my car and get it on a dyno to fine tune it from there w/ a hp tuner setup and some reading. my car ran well for the small cam it had
