The back bumper is what i hooked to and had u drag me with! i have the back bumper/tire carrier and rocker guards on, but still waiting on the front WINCH bumper to come in. Once the winch is on ill get more pics up.
Water ended up not being toe problem that night… my rear trackbar relocation bracket was hitting the wire going to my fuel pump and finally put a cut into it and shorted out the fuse! soooo a few fuses later i figured out what was going on and fixed it and moved the wires out of the way.
that makes me happy cuz i thought my water days were numbered, but i should be good to go again!
ps jack thanks again for saving my ass, we gotta go out sometime and get the trucks a little muddy
sorry for charging ya the $ tho… the wife doesn’t let me do freebies, especially when I go through so much gas out there and back, and the fact that I was almost in bed.
I’ll let jeep boy tell the story, I was only there for the rescue. lol
Just found a pic of my old jeep. It had a 401 amc engine, th400 tranny, detroit locker in the rear dana 44.
This thing ran low 8"s @ lanc back in the day that was quick, not to mention 36" tires!
Jeep looks siq! It brings back some great memories. I went 1 summer, Never put the hard top on. Only the bikini top.
My Jeep had a 401 in it, w/ turbo 400 automatic.
Detroit locker in the rear Dana 44, with 4:11 gears. Had so much torque it would lift the l/f wheel. Ran mid 8’s @ Lancaster with 36 inch tires.
I sold it to some tool, he ended up rolling it 3 weeks later. Good thing I installed a cage in it.
thanks guys… and bill im gunna continue to wash and wax my ride so it doesnt turn into a rust bucket. I like being able to get it muddy as hell then spraying it with water and it falls right off.
