price for it now is 25 drew, but the guy had a small backing into from another vehicle so there is a small ding in the rear clam and he said he is open with the price as he is trying to sell it quick since he is moving and would like to down size
its a neat looking car, already has the basic mods that i would do to it anyways so its already a plus
most 05 elises are catching a bit more so it is some what of a steal
and yes they can be made quick
alot of guys throw super chargers on them and rock them on a stock block making around 230 ish wheel
if i were to do it, wouldnt be for some time but i would build the motor, make a custom manifold, run a gt28r, make around 300 whp in a car that weighs a little less then 2k pounds
only bad part to turboing is the running of a standalone since the stock ecus are not very capable
things have come a long way since newman had his elise
