Yea they already did the heater core once and they think that the new one is now plugged so last I heard they were flushing it and then going to give me a call tomorrow because they are off today so well see what they say tomorrow… untill then I am going to northtown to pick up a rental for free

audi never did the flush they feel it’s not going to fix it and think that something else is going on… Northtown is giving me a rental car and the general manager stepped in and they are “working” on getting it all figured out…

I’m amazed at the amount of time this is taking. This isn’t an overly complicated deal. Flush core again, flush rest of system, bleed properly, perform basic settings on all blend doors, done. A few hours at most.
Nigerian Buyback
Just got off the phone with northtown again, they are bringing the car back from Audi(unfixed). I’m pretty sure that they know it needs more than just a flush and that the car is a lemon… I am so frustrated with the whole thing, the service writer has been great but he seems to be the only one concerned about getting this fixed and made right. After all this pans out and i find out the end result I plan on letting them know how I really feel. I will never deal with them or send a relative or friend there again…
