Sure, I’m talking about Eric Smiths Evo 8. It’s got more into it than I can really list here, as well as some prototype turbocharger components I developed for the chassis. Minus a cage it’s an all out track car hiding behind a street car guise, one he takes on a regular basis to tracks and Auto X’s in a winning manner. I’ve done a vast majority of the work to the car and know it’s condition and maintenance very well. If and when EJ decides to sell I’ll be right there waiting

Any boost/RPM plotting while on the dyno? I want to see how well that red spools and builds boost on a 4B11 vs the tried and true 4G63. HTA billet wheels are something else :number1
I have it on one of the graphs here…full boost by around 4200rpm (24ish psi) and pretty much hods 23ish psi all the way to redline. OEM BCS is screaming for dear life…all pills removed and everything…

get a bosch 044 and a boost controller and turn the wick up s0n.
It’s a step by step process…eliminating the restrictions as I go. Stock turbo was out of breath before. Now the fuel pump/bcs are out of juice. Once I get a wally 255lph and ebc 400 on 93 will be cupcake city. I’m going to post a ‘cleaner’ thread instead of everyone referring back to page 1.

EBS duty cycle maxed, or is the EBS flow maxed?
i try my best to make it happen. but i dont get much help.
All tables for EBS in ECM are maxxed out and it won’t flow anymore - even with ALL pills removed. To make the proper boost we used ye’ ol’ dsm trick and actually unhooked one of the lines off the 2 port solenoid to flow more boost. HKS ebc once I burn up stock clutch
