its sounding damn good, plus the odds of me finding a gsr or an si that hasnt been beaten on hard is pretty slim, i like the body style that psi2high or w/e has that was at the meet, the blue one but i only have one car and awd+ny state really makes alot of sense, a super high reving b16a would be fun though, and just build a badass n/a setup get like 200whp and no lag but then again i lose all sense of reliability so im gonna take the awd turbo do a few small boltons and have fun with that, plus i really wanted to get a rex before i got the 1.8t anyways i love them, and awd launches, theres alot of positives besides the obvious drivetrain loss but i dont really care that much about that.
constant AWD launches = no no :nono very hard on the differentials, transmission and especially the rear axles. amazing traction in all conditions, and a generally fun car to drive though.
key word “constant”, how often do i race? almost never but i bet if i had a car that was actually fast that would change right quick :haha i have 10k that i was going to use on this car but im fucking sick of all of its bullshit i pissed when i got back home today i lost it i ended up punching out a big mirror in my room, im allright now i guess it just sucks when every car you buy is a hunk of shit :angry2
dont beat your car, treat it like a baby and give it the attention it deserves… def dont take your car for granted because its like a female… it will bitch slap you right when you least expect it or need it to. these few tips might get some longevity our of it… oh and a suggestion NO SYNTHETIC OIL IN A SUBARU MOTOR EVAR…
man ive topped my car out ONE time i rarely go over 100 like once a week if that, when we go on cruises im the bitch at the back keepin my car 9 miles an hour over the speed limit, i fucking love my cars man they just never seem to love me back :sad . Why no synthetic in subie’s? i always thought it was highly recomended with the turbo
frequent oil changes are recommended more so than synthetic… scooby motors just dont seem to like synthetics… a good 5w30 in winter or 10w30 in summer will work just fine. im going to be running straight pennzoil in mine. i was losing about 1-1.5 quarts over 3k miles with mobil 1 in the last motor til i read subaru recommends against synthetics… switched to “dino” oil in the new motor and hasnt burned/lost a drop.
hey running a traditional oil highly recomended sounds great to me man :rofl its alot cheaper, id just change it every 2k miles or should it be even sooner than that?
2500 miles is my PERSONAL self implemented interval… works well thus far and still comes out a light brown and not black… works good for me
nice conventional oil is super cheap and 2500 miles is about regular change anyways, still 93 octane but im used to that so no biggy there, now all i have to do is get my car fixed for the time being and sell it, Joe I gotta talk to you tomoro maybe your dad can help me out on this one because at this point im clueless

;D yeah knowing people that know somthing about what im driving definitly helps me, im still in newb status when it comes to actual w3rk but i try and do as much as i possibly can myself, brett and pete really helped me out on the 1.8t but its just a lost cause and no matter how much they help me its never going to run right

all my work i did myself, thankfully they arent the reason my car is fucked id be pissed if they were haha i installed the c.a.i the d.v like 30x and the boost gauge, wish i could take that out now though and put it in the rex, maybe i’ll get a 2sided nipple and close up that vacuum line and keep the gauge for my new car
