okay got three things accomplished on saturday that made me happy…
1.) some assclown drove across the front of my car(literally from end to end on the front bumper) in january and it looked terrible. so i had corey come over with his kingly detailing powers and he took incredible care of it removing the scratches and making it shine again
Before:
its kind of hard to notice, but look on the bumper from under the left headlight across to the right one(the most noticeable thing is the viggen plate, thats pretty much what the bumper looked like up close)
after:
now notice there are no streaks on the bumper, jsut the plate…he did an incredible job…and if he has a pic. of it, he can post it, my rear wing got thrashed by my garage and he took care of that too.
2.)I also installed my hella supertones(striahgt from subie culture) on the vig…i like the look and the sound they produce
3.) I did the ghetto-est grille mod to the vig. ever…I used wire cutters(yes wire cutters) and clipped every plastic cross beam on the inside of the grille and also the chrome/polished plastic horizontal beam that said saab on it and finished it off by installing window screen for the grille mesh and moved the saab over the the right side of the grille(this look will be perfected with a sander/paint/primer/real metal mesh one day when i have time, i just wanted the look for right now)
check out the before picture in my very first picture in number 1.) and notice the plastic horizontal pieces and the chrome polished piece

^^^notice…the reason i did all of this is because there are two body lines that begin to appear on the hood(which actually if you follow the lines of the grille now, begin with the grille) that go from the lines of the grille and eventually wrap themselves around the car.(these body lines are on either side of the crease in the middle of the hood
