10-7-08 Debate thread

i did not watch this one, but for the first question they asked, did obama go right into what need to be addressed and mccain again waste his first minute and a half on the first question thanking people again!

mccain reminds me of someone that doesnt know the right answer and repeats the question till he thinks of some bull shit to reply with.

example
teacher: what is 2+2? student: well the answer to 2+2 is as followed.

eh, they were both doing that. Obama is just a better public speaker than mccain

yeah the first one pissed me off when the very first question was asked and they told him that he has 2 minute to answer. lol he wasted like a min and a half just thanking people. lol who gives a shit who your thanking, thats not changing the economy or the way we are going into a slump! lol again i know this thread is about last nights but man really

also just listening to mccain, i feel like im listening to president bush if i dont look at the tv!

WRONG

seriously, do some research first before saying things like this…

Yeah, it was.

^Perfect CNN spin.

Just ignore this part: “Ayers hosted a campaign event for him”

You are in Denial and I aint talking about the river.

Did you just scroll down to the part that said verdict false?
Perfect CNN viewer.

So I guess if Osama hosted a fund raiser for McCain it would be all good.

As opposed to the fair and unbiased opinion of Fox News? Give me a fucking break.

I said it once and I’ll say it again. C-span > *

no partisan bullshit, just actual coverage/video feeds and you can make up your own mind

Dude Obama didn’t make enough money to pay off his student loans until 2005

I have said on several occasions that FOX is slanted but you idiots can’t admit that CNN and 99% of the rest of media is slanted the other way.
Seriously what is wrong with you people?
You just don’t get it.
But you do get to vote. Yay!

What if Osama hosted a fund raiser for McCain, is that cool with you?

Bill Ayers is a fucking PROFESSOR at the University of Illinois

Bill Ayers is NOT a terrorist. Was he a 60’s radical who participated in a group that did bad things? yes. How old was Obama when this was going on? 8. How much has Ayers contributed to Obama EVER? $200. Do you have a leg to stand on? No.

STOP LISTENING TO RUSH LIMBAUGH.

my party can do no wrong /seriousbuisness

they’re both shady… if you can’t admit that your party is ever at fault, you look and sound like an uninformed jackass (republicans and democrats)

Where did I say CNN wasn’t? You said that the CNN link was an invalid response to a Fox News link.

Do they let you wear your tin-foil hat to the polls? It clearly inhibits your ability read.

PROFESSOR - So that makes it ok now?
What does his current occupation have to do with it?
So as long as it was many years ago terrorism/crime is ok with you?
Maybe you could be friend swith OJ in a few years.

I should have known you couldn’t handle a simple yes or no question.

But the internets told me he was bad, and AIG is a bank, so clearly it is all linked together.

sheep sheep sheep sheep sheep

Really, in 40 years, none of your opinions on anything have ever changed?

I’m sure that every person John McCain has ever spent more than 15 minutes with waited until marriage to have sex and never cheated on a test in highschool.

What a fucking stretch, that whole argument is one of the stupidest things I’ve heard in recent times.

To be fair, I also can’t stand that they won’t let the comment about the “fundamentals of the economy” go either. All they do is feed spin on out of context comments and morons in America eat it up “Obama is a terrorist! McCain is out of touch with the economy”

Fucking christ people.

exactly

:bigclap:

I’ve never agreed with you more

There’s a lot of things that are taken out of context, but “the fundamentals of the economy are strong” isn’t one of them. McCain fucked up hard on that and his campaign knew it that’s why they ran out with “McCain thinks the workers are the fundamentals of the economy and the workers are strong”
