Last night I got one of those Megans Law flyers in the mail (sex offender moving into the neighborhood). It seemed pretty straight forward bio sheet on the guy, except for ethnicity. It was a white guy, but ethnicity was listed as “Not Hispanic”. So I guess, according to Erie County anyway, that sex offenders come from two ethnic backgrounds. Hispanics, and “Not Hispanics”. :lol:

there is another person in there, john duggan, he used to buy us beer when we were like 15… i was kind of friends with his little brother and looking back on it now. he was fucking creepy. he really enjoyed the 14 and 15 year old girls that were around…
i dont know, even murderers don’t have to go through that public shit when their time is up. If you kill 8-year olds then when you get out of prison you’re OK, but if you take pictures of them you have to register for life.
not siding with those guys by any stretch, but i think that would be right below something with the death penalty in terms of things that would suck to get wrongfully convicted of.
