You should be trapping MUCH higher IMHO.

I have the same gears, same power level and i’ve trapped as high as 121 before. I run stock torque arm, stock shocks, stock rear springs with DMS lowering springs in the front, heavy ass boyd wheels up front with stock 16’s wrapped in MT ET Radials and I pull mid 1.6x sixties and i’m deep into the 11’s with consistent traps around 118-120.

EDIT: I also shift much higher, around 6900 IIRC though i’ll have to check my tune since I tweaked them a little since I started getting more slip and tagged the limiter a few times. My trans is on it’s way out but I don’t race enough to see spending the $ on it.

Do you have a cardomain where I can see your whole setup? Id love to see those kind of trap speeds…

Not sure what springs are in the heads, but you may be floating the valves alittle. Power starts to drop off pretty fast after 6200 on your setup stippy. May be time for a valve spring swap as i’m not sure how long that car has been driven with those springs in those heads. I would have expected that cam to hold on alittle longer with heads/higher compression.

202 Dual Valve Springs…so you tell me if Im floating the valves haha. As for how long its been driven youd have to ask Laura, but I believe the head swap was done some time last year? As for compression Im curious as to what Im sitting at…you have any kind of guess?
