Trying to move for a buddy of mine that took the buyout at the engine plant(yes he is giving me a couple of bucks if I sell it!).It is a $25,000 voucher that has ALL the taxes paid already and now is worth $15,500 off any new GM vehicle.He already has 2 cars and not looking to buy a another. Basically if you know anyone who is going to buy a New GM vehicle in the next 18 mos they can buy this for $13k and make a quick $2,500 for doing nothing.Voucher is 100% transferable as h checked online and I verified with the dealer.
