At the very least he has a fist full of VT&L tickets and a misdemeanor. Not pulling this out of my ass, I have my connections, WAY more than you I will guarrentee it.
-VTL1180 - imprudent speed (calculated by investigators on scene)
-VTL1120 - failure to stay right (passing the cars in a no passing zone)
-VTL1200 - failure to obey a traffic device (blowing the stop sign at the end of the road)
-VTL1212 - RECKLESS DRIVING - criminal offense
and I am rather sure vehicular homicide and what not doesnt need to be “presed” LOL If I hurt or kill a friend drunk driving, does the DWI drop becasue they said “mehhh no biggie I dont care if you hit me”.
