Top speed run ends very badly for some idiots

 to removing yourself from the gene pool without hurting anyone else though.

This would be why the Top Gear guys setup braking markers for when they try their high speed airstrip runs.

Holy shit.

But I guess  to them not doing it on the streets

Yeah, because an active private airstrip is so much better. :picard:

So Darwin took care of a spoiled rich kid and his car. Too bad for the passengers though.

Damn - what the hell kind of Bimmer was it? Picture looks like metal dough.

wonder how fast he was moving, he did have 5 people in the car

ifi were anyone of of the passenger’s parents i would sue the life out of the driver’s the family. take every single nickel and dime they have.

stupid people:blah:

how could you sue the drivers family…he was over 18 so his parents would take no liability

It’s probably like a hamburg airport type airstrip, they get like what? 5 planes a year or something.

well if the vehicle was in their name, which i assume it was, it would give them perfectly good reason for to sue them.

if it was in their name, then they are legally responsible for it and the drivers behind the wheel, therefore making them legally responsible for the death of the 4 passengers.

I think all german cars imported here are limited to 155

what will suing anyone accomplish?

why the hell would you do a top speed run with 4 passengers? thats wholly irresponsible, wow.

make sure their son doesn’t do it again ?

not sure if the crash taught him a lesson …

well, if you are a passenger you assume all risks involved in driving with the driver…so I wonder if that would hold up in court.

If those families do sue, they are pretty shitty people

if you the passanger in a car being driving on the street, and the driver does something stupid, you can sue them quite easily

but if your the passanger in a car thats breaking into a restricted area to do something like this, it can EASILY be argued that you probably had a chance to get out of the car, unless the gate was open and the driver just turned in and gunned it down the runway

so basicly:

easy entry to location: might be a lawsuit
car had to stop so location could be broken into: lawsuit failure due to oportunity to step out of car

Judging by this:

It was formerly an e60 M5.

:sword:

lesson: Don’t be a follower. If your friend is a dumb fuck and you know it don’t always say “ok”.

Oak Tree> BMW

Exactly. I really doubt the driver just turned onto this runway and floored it to the objection of his passengers. Something like this is planned.
