1926 Arts & Crafts House Project Thread

Well, the house has been listed since 9 am yesterday morning and we have 9 showings scheduled. 4 completed and 5 more to go between tonight and tomorrow. I know at least 1 offer is coming in tomorrow and hopefully at least 1 or 2 more so we can have some fun with them all. Pretty stoked on the response and positive feedback from the realtors who have seen it.

jealous i cant make an offer on this place…looks great im sure it will go fast

Good luck! I love the setup on this.

Had 3 Offers come in, all above asking price. Accepted the best one, and it had no home inspection.

nicely done, congrats!

I figured it would. I am super tempted to put mine for sale in spring to see if I can make out. Great job

nice job! looks great

Congrats on the quick sale, how have those Steamview slimline radiators worked out compared to your old cast iron ones (still considering investing in replacing some of my cast irons.)

Also what cabinet maker, and color/door style are your kitchen cabinets using. I really dig them.

The slim radiators work well. Much less noise coming from them when the heat is on. Take up far less room. That being said, I would replace a cast iron radiator with a slim unit only if the iron one failed.

The kitchen cabinets are homecrest Arbor with the Java finish. I have the upgraded dovetail drawers and soft close. Available at Kitchen World.

It’s a super beautiful home, the only thing I’d change is the placement of the TV or couches, most likely couches, you have to kinda turn your head to the TV if you’re not lying down
