First page has been updated with completed projects.

It’s a 1926 Arts & Crafts House with 3 finished floors and 4 Bed/2.5Bath. A little over 2100 Sq.ft. which does not include the 3rd floor. Has some updates done already but the previous owners did some half ass work that I will have to fix or it will drive me insane.
House is in the Park Meadow area right near Delaware Park.
I HATE that they went so modern in the kitchen with such an old, full of character house. Also hate those stupid wire lights they put up. I love the rest of the house, though. Very nice!
The white plastic back splash…that extends above the hood, the chicken plates on display in an otherwise modern theme, the awkward TV. The whole thing just needs a little Jaeger loving. It’s like 85% awesome, but just hasn’t come together yet.
What gets me the most is the white paint on all of the wood work. Under that is some beautiful wood that someone decided should be bland and white. I am fortunate that all of my original wood work was left alone and easily cleaned up.
I do think that the white and the color go together and look very clean, but I like the more classical craftsman style that the original wood would have created.
