Chassis got about 100k no rust good condition, about 50k on the motor, typical exhaust, stage 2 clutch, 4 wheels disc, stock springs/shocks etc… Car is in running and driveable condition.

Run? Why? Its worth about 5k if its very clean and in good working order.
240s with the swap out here in cali are going for around 5k. there is a price difference based on region - with NorCal / SoCal as your basis, a 240 swap in the rust / snow belt should get an adjustment for the risk of rust.
um yea why run? sr20det’s are very stout motors, and judging by the fact it still is mostly stock i wouldn’t worry bout it. i’d test drive it first tho just to make sure everything is how it should be (idle isn’t wierd, no hesitation under boost, that sorta thing)
