1993 Acura Integra LS 78,000 Miles

I have up for sale my 1993 Acura Integra LS with only 78,190 original miles. It’s white with blue cloth interior and is incredibly clean. Power windows, sunroof, automatic, recent paint job, alignment, great tires. This car is in amazing condition for the year and it’s completely stock. It has some normal Honda rust around the wheels, but nothing major. With the number of points on my license I can’t afford the insurance to put it on the road so I am reluctantly selling it. The only thing it needs is a sensor for the temp. gauge and the cruise control is not working, but I think it’s just unplugged. I also have a Haynes manual I will throw in with the car. The pictures do not do this car justice, it is incredibly clean! I’m asking $2100. You can email me at puhz05@gmail.com or call me at 585-944-5643. The car is located in North Buffalo.

I’ll give you 1k.
Unless you just happen to have an identical 1993 Acura integra LS Auto to TraderBase’s integra that also had 78k with the same rims, and problems with the temp gauge and rust spots and black spoiler

I’ll buy it tomorrow

Like this car? http://nyspeed.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72927

My offer is serious, i can get it tomorrow if you have the title in. PM Me

Yeah, this was mine. He’s trying a flip, which I have no issue with but I feel confident I knew the value of the car going into the sale. I wish him luck.

Tom…this board is all lowballers (no offense guys, I am as well). You won’t get more than a grand here which was why I posted it on CL. Keep pushing it on CL and be patient. You should get a few bucks over what I sold to you for…but it will require patience. Better yet fix the few issues and you have a slight chance of getting $2k+.

Did you get the title yet? I think it takes a good 6 weeks so you should prolly have it.

GLWS

The problem is I took out that loan out on it so in order to pay off the loan I gotta get at least $2,000 for it, which I know it’s worth that but unfortunately I won’t get that here. I’ve already had quite a few people interested in it for that price but they’ve been mostly tire kickers. I haven’t been able to register it yet cuz I couldn’t afford the insurance on it so that’s the main reason I’m selling it. So I’m really not trying to flip it, I’d rather keep the car but I just can’t at this point.

So that’s the situation. It’s definitely a great car so if anyone is interested, I’ll let it go for $2,000 firm, but otherwise I’ll have to advertise elsewhere.

why did u take out a 2000$ loan on a car that was being sold for <2000$?

Craigslist is filled with jackasses but a rare legit person pops up if you stay patient. I mean you came through for me on CL so some are legit people. For my asking price I had quite a few “buyers” that were basically window shoppers. I sold about 10 items this summer on CL so I had 10 true buyers. I dealt with email and calls from maybe 100 people. The flake to legit ratio is awkward for sure.

This Thread Failed…If you took out a loan for a 2k and the car only was 1k…what happend with the other 1k? lol…Thread = NO Sense.
I can see flipping a car if you fixed the problems but this one is the exact same condition it was sold as for 1k.

Free bump for Tom.

just because he bought it at below market value doesn’t mean he cant sell it at fair market value. price seems fair to me. glws

Kelley Blue Book - Error

Then help him sell it and/or buy it for yourself.

KBB is ballpark and really doesn’t factor in stuff like the current economic environment etc… I have a pretty keen biz sense for fair value. If it was worth KBB value I wouldn’t have sold for what I did. I would have been patient and waited it out or even fixed it and made even more money. I didn’t need the money nor the driveway spot. But who knows, an uneducated CL critter may scoop it up for $2k…ya never know…I’ve seen stranger things.

It throws a VSS sensor error which I don’t see mentioned here. Unless that was fixed??? Fix and flip is the best bet I think. Trying to sell a broken car you paid a broken price for at near 2x markup isn’t all that realistic. Especially not on NYSpeed. :roflpicard:

it’s not fixed, the reason the cruise control doesn’t work is because of the VSS

My offer still stands, ill come get it any day of the week

The button doesn’t light up. I have a hunch it’s disconnected in the harness. It worked prior to the heater core being replaced (dash pulled out). And it did NOT work after that but prior to the VSS sensor error being thrown. If it lit up and just didn’t activate I’d agree about the VSS causing the issue. And this is JMHO, I’m no mechanic. LOL

could very well be true, but who knows. everything is a very simple fix, maybe fix them before you try selling the car for what you’re asking

that’s what i’m gonna do. i’m probably just gonna try and get it on the road until i get my other car fixed and fix the minor issues then it’ll probably sell easier.
