1995 s14 se : are they 5 or 4 bolt and or is there an option

hey guys im drivin all the way to ottawa to see a car and i was wonderin if the se model of the 1995 s14 was 5 or 4 bolt it doesnt have the 16 inch rims it has the stock se ones with covers but cant they be 5 bolt too?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if it’s a '95 Canadian SE, it’s 4-bolt.

Canadian SE model = american base model… except we got the VLSD here, and they didn’t

edit: Canadian SE model = 4 bolt with gay-ass 15" snowflake wheels… trust me, I know exactly how bad they really are haha

The US actually has 3 models,

SE is top model, like our LE
Their LE is like our SE
They have another unnamed model which comes with absolutely nothing… crank windows, steel wheels etc.

These are the american specs for a 1995 240. The only time the americans had a choice of 3 trims was for the 1998 model.
Like Theo said the SE is like our LE here, except they had the option of getting leather seats. We just got the Leather seats with the LE anyways… plus 5 lug and 16" wheels.

It’s 4 bolt with 15" rims OR 5 bolt with 16" rims if we are talking OEM, can’t mix and match.

If you want 5 bolt though, you can’t beat this:

(shameless plug)

i know this abit of topic but does anyone that one of these charts for a s13 ??

yeah I got them… they are for american models though…but it should be very similar for the S13’s as well…

thanks guys and dammit! lol it is 4 bolt how much am i looking to do a full 5 bolt swap for all the wheels ?

If you get used stuff, like S14 5 bolt hubs, roughly 400 bucks… assuming you do the work yourself, it’s fairly cheap… But you’ll need the s14 LE wheels with some tires, which are roughly 200-300 bucks with some tires…

If you want new hubs (recommended) it’s roughly 700 bucks (if not more).
check this thread for new hubs: http://www.son240sx.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25688

But when you are doing all that, you’ll most likely end up replacing the ball joints in the front (60 bucks a piece) and maybe even your tie rods (inner and outer ones) which is roughly 300 bucks…

The rears can be a bitch to do since they will mostly like be rusted like hell…
The fonts aren’t as bad, but like I said, you’ll end up replacing all the above mentioned things and that’s quite a bit oof work…
not to mention the alignment you’ll need after all that’s done.

my advice is to actully buy an LE model and be not worry about all that, LOL

Click that link and buy new, it’s a lot easier then using rusty old 5 lugs.
