About the car:

This car was purchased from a school teacher in Rochester, who used it for daily commuting. It is in wonderful shape with almost no body damage at all. The paint is nice and shiny, the motor runs great, the transmission shifts smooth, and the car has no problems. I did the basic neon mods, put some nice wheels on the car, and installed an aftermarket car stereo. It gets around 30 mpg city and 38+ mpg highway. An absolute riot to drive around, and a perfect commuter!

It looks just like in the picture above, just with steelies instead of the Kosei K1 wheels. It has a great body, almost no rust. It has some rust under the spoiler on the trunk lid and then you can see a bubble starting on the passenger side wheel well, that’s it.

This is pretty much the exact 1g I’m looking for with that color, trans, and DOHC… sucks it was just x-mas though. I’m gonna see if I can borrow some $$.

how are the tires?

Good in the snow

Any way to do a 4 door mod?

Sure, crash it and then use the insurance money to buy a 4 door.

Lol glws. This car was a blast to drive. Super clean

$1,100 and you can keep the audio stuff… that’s slightly more than KBB value.

Maybe if he kept the Koseis and Mopar PCM as well as the electronics. I think that’s a pretty bad lowball otherwise.

It’s on steelies, I’m offering more than KBB for a modified car that has most likely seen some abuse.

KBB value for a 97 dohc highline coupe with 130k is only $1k in EXCELLENT condition.

KBB and market value are not always the same. I appreciate the offer, but I will not sell it for for that low

Good condition 2 door, 5 speed, dohc neons are becoming harder and harder to find, so the price reflects close to what is expected from the sale. I can of course budge slightly, but not half. Sorry bro.

Interested in selling just the winter tires?

mark, im looking for next week hopefully. Ill PM you friday!

Alright then nvm. I won’t pay double KBB value for an ECU and some audio stuff.

No problem, others will

I’d be proper-fucked then, since it’s the only set of wheels on it :headbang:

LOL true, sorry I thought you still had the wheels and tires as pictured.

Nice car

Great car for 2 grand.

LMAO.
