A cam and heads are internal upgrades…yes, they are “bolt on” but they arent “bolt on mods”…if you go by that theory, EVERY mod is a “bolt on”

Technically the internals are stock the cams not. The piston’s, rod’s and crank are all still factory 120k mile pieces. The heads and cam are not.
