2002 Odyssey Trans Replacement

I have an 02 odyssey that I use as a winter car / rental property hauler.

The trans is slipping a lot when cold but is fine when warmed up.

I’m willing to spend good money to get it rebuilt but don’t want to take it just anywhere.

Anyone have a recommendation for the best shop in the area for this kind of work? I know the odyssey trans has some known issues and an external cooler is recommended. It would be nice to have someone that is aware and has seen these issues before.

L & L transmission is pretty good.

Idk if you realize it but it’s gonna cost you roughly $2000-$3000 to rebuild and R&R the trans, or in other words, more than it’s worth.

Yeah, i’m cool with that.

Not ideal but it’s in good shape otherwise

In that case I’d reccomend continental transmission on orchard park road
