What does it run at the track? Also, why did someone cut the bumper? That FMIC fits behind the stock bumper without any cutting scratches head

Yea idk why the previous owner cut the bumper, and I got it into the hi 8s in the 1/8th mile, wasn’t pushing it really hard either.
