Not sure if this was posted on here before (did a quick search and could not find anything)… but here goes.
I have a 2005 G35 coupe 6MT 50,000km. I noticed over the last few oil changes that my oil was always empty when I went to the dealership to change it. I inquired and they told me to do an oil consumption test. I have just started this test and am waiting for my first 1000km to get it checked out…
Has anyone else gone through this or does anyone have any information on how this works? I was reading in other posts that you need to have at least a 18mm loss/burn before they change your engine. Not to sure…
If anyone could post their experiences or pass along their findings, that would be great as i know now through my goggling that I am not alone, and there are a lot of people out there with this same issue…
