for the jetta:
eventually swap an ABA or 16V in. depends on what deal comes up on a solid motor when i have the money to throw at it. minimal body work to make it look decently stock. drive it and enjoy it.
I got rid of that automatic transmission as you may already know and put in a cam. Nothing major for now at least. Just a few minor appearance issues to work out…I am very picky.
im bringing out the blown 502 trans am for the first time looking at 800-1000hp well see though i have a little bit of fine tuning.also got to finish the spray :tspry:
-come to the realization that pickup trucks are slow and making them fast costs a fortune.
-Dakota R/T is sold (yes, Paddock finally suckered someone into buying it)
-I bought a 2004 LS1 6-speed GTO
as for what id like to get done on the GTO:
-cat-back exhaust
-tint
-intake
-maybe some kind of tune
and if the money is in the bank, then i may consider doing something with the brakes as id like to take it though some twisties this year as well. but in all honestly, im really happy i just have a somewhat quick car to drive this time around, which wasnt the case for most of last summer.
yeah i know. I just want to keep things basic for this year. im not really looking to do anything thats going to void my warranty before it expires in December (i asked some people at my work and they said most likely and intake and exhaust wont really matter in any claims). The car still feels really quick to me, it just needs to be a bit louder haha
New for me this season:
motor swap to 2.4l rebuilt with srt internals etc.
srt turbo/manifold
megasquirt
better axles
better knuckles/hubs
bigger brakes
Then hopefully by the end of the season get an intercoolor and clutch(
then also some bodywork, ditch the stripes and a new paint job(same color)
