From a business standpoint they are an amazing company. Granted they do share platforms with other cheap Korean cars… They are the #1 most technologically advanced manufacturer. Being in mobile electronics I see a variety of cars and spend a decent amount time in the car. I have noticed, unlike domestic makes, the interiors and assembly of Hyundais is past par.
Also, I have a friend who’s father is a Hyundai Engineer [currently on the Tiburon project, has been for the past 3 years]. From what I have been told, this is only the beginning. [I was hinted about a non-NA, FR, 2-door platform]
