That was the cop who tried to chase a motorcycle for a simple traffic violation in his SUV right? If so, I’m glad he’s gone and only took himself out in the process because an idiot like that shouldn’t be out there doing high speed pursuits on public roads.
Chasing a bike is dumb enough in a crown vic, but in an SUV you’re putting everyone on the road at way more risk than simply letting the bike go. Hell, get the plate # and meet the guy at his house. He has to come home some time.

+1 didn’t they chareger the rider with a lesser degree of murder
that and a new law was enacted, making it a felony to run, adam’s law i think it’s called.
the rider got boned, he’s in jail for seven years. Aggravated vehicular manslaughter I think.
i read about these in a GM Dealer magazine a few months ago. from what i recall, they are up on horsepower, have a lower, more aggressive suspension, and have a really beefed up electrical system. I think they might have been full time AWD too? maybe im just dreaming that one.

MISP called the Tahoe the “hotrod” of the bunch.This was in thier road test report… They even went as far as to compair it to the LT1 9C1 Caprice of the day.
Its got the muscle,handeling,durability,and decent mpg needed by police.Oh and also good cargo room.Its just a shame it cost as much as it does…

Its on display at the fair now in the NYS Trooper building, also theres a Tahoe there too
