Good News = Bad News on this one.
AVP is a quality guy but he has zero coaching experience at any level. He was in charge of volunteer winter workouts for QBs at UB and was hired on with the Bills in Quality Control and then QB coach…Obviously not a very good one with the way Trent has regressed.
For once I wish this team would pay coaches and coordinators that are proven winners to take this team to the next level. The recycled thought process and mediocre coaching staff is what keeps this team at the level it has been.
I hope we see a turn around but it doesnt matter what play is called if you hit the open guy for 5 yrds every time and dont look down the field.
I’m going to stay optimistic and look at this as our first opportunity in a decade to make it to the play offs! :tup:
