i will say that the 3V has stepped it up a bit. What do they dyno whp wise 250 for auto 260-270 or so for manual? Better than my '02 GT which did a whopping 212 rwhp stock.
And +1 to what cheif wahoo said, the LS1’s underrated as many of you know. My stock 2000 TA put 312 to the WHEELS when it was rated at 305 crank hp (as its not a ws6 which were rated at 320)… and we have been doing this since 1998 :fry: … Pot stirred.
seriously why walk out the door with a base GT mustang for 25k after tax, when for a little bit more(over double the price) you could get a CTS-V.
People with mortgages and bills generally look at doubling the price of something as a little bit more.
some people like muscle cars that are raw and fun and don’t have 12 computer nannies stepping in, anyone else remember what it’s like to drive a car that doesn’t drive itself and let’s you get to the “oh fuck” point.
Sorry, as far as this car goes the angle on the headlights looks good but I think the front end shouldn’t get so rounded out, mustangs look good boxy, take terminators for example. SN-95’s FTW though, the crease down the side of that car is soooo sexy, not to mention the hood on cobras.
