I image those would freeze,
Back in business
New pump, fuel/oil lines, clutch set up, 501 rotary, and shorty carb boots. Old school rocket ready to break my back
hope this shows up… pic from the go pro of yesterdays festivities
MXZ. My buddy used to ride one. We called it the “Spine Kompressor”. Nice burnout in the garage.

It’s not a party till someone rolls it.
Gotta love first start. Extra oil from lubing rotary and from fogging last year.
Nice and clean lookin’ cats.

Not too many ride behind you on the trails, do they?
I need to find a nice trailer like that.
But one with a hard cover. I’ll never go back.
lol its only like this first start of the season. Once it clears out the fogging oil it’s back to normal.
Dropped it off in the southern tier in hopes that the snow shows up sometimes soon…it’s not looking good though…
All you can do is hope. I’m trying to be optimistic as I can’t believe we’d get shafted two seasons in a row. This season doesn’t look to be starting out to be anything spectacular but I’d like to think it’s gonna make a huge turn around.
sucks you can’t tell how steep the hill is…
to put it in to perspective… there was a guy there with a 2013 Polaris Assault 800 155" and he couldn’t make it up to where I was.
163" is the ONLY way to go out here! So much fun.
I cleaned the shit out of my Rush yesterday. Was a total muddy mess after last years one excursion on the Hilton trails.
Fingers crossed…hoping this is the cold we need!

bump for my buddy buying a new sled.
he has a 2009 cfr1000r with less than 1000 miles on it and he decided to replace it with a leftover 2012 f800 procross. lol.
guess this weekend were swapping the 1" hacksaw with 204 stainless 1.375 studs from the cfr to the procross so he can take the cfr to the dealer. lol.
i wish i could justify a new sled. im having a hard time justifying even owning one right now.
This is where I’m at. I really wanted to replace my back breaker ZR600 with a newer rider forward one but after going out 4 times last year, twice of which probably would have been better on a quad, it’s hard to justify. This season isn’t looking any better at this point.
Yeah it is slightly worrisome. Normally we have a bunch of snow by now, we haven’t even had an inch yet in Rochester. Although I guess they said the last time that happened was 1939.
i’d have a hard time buying a sled in NY…buying a new sled in NY…fuck that…
now, where I live… People go riding every weekend, starting at the end of November, and riding til april… It’s not out of the norm to put on 3-5k miles in a season out here.
Sorry to brag, but fuck. riding these mountains is amazing
Blah, blah, blah. I’d move out there myself but I wouldn’t be able to put up with all that breath taking scenery. Not sure how you can stand it.
