I just drove back from ny to my place in md Sunday doing 75+ through the hills of pa and pulled 39mpg. Driving the speed limit and on a less steep terrain 45mpg is easy
this was an average driving from Rochester to Dalton Georgia. A 2011 CRZ EX using the cruise control almost the entire time. This car is like a dx civic on the highway except it has more weight from the batteries. The name calling really says alot about the quality of the owner of this car. Show an average over 350 miles in a pic

For sure the less of an incline, the less the IMA kicks in so youd get better mileage the flatter the road is. People hyper mile in these cars and see 55-60 mpg sometimes its not hard to do. Its all over cr-z.com
Bump , had a little free time on my trip out to Rochester this morning so I decided to prove some ignorant people wrong once again and snapped a few more mpg pics. Spdboy its looking like you might have to buy my car my friend…if your a man of your word that is
first new pic was my entire combined city and highway mpg for the week showing 40+ mpg at over 200 miles so far on the first half of the 10 gallon gas tank. Second new picture is the highway mpg showing over 46mpg to and from Rochester on almost a 90 mile trip. In which I was going 70 the entire way with the air conditioning on.
and im not even done yet… im picking my cousin up in tonawanda in an hour and heading out to ellicottville this afternoon so my entire week trip will be well over 40 mpg and over 300 miles as well
Bump just got back form ellicottville about an hour ago added two new pics for anyone doubting the gas mileage of this car. The pictures do not lie. The first mileage picture is my total mileage since last friday until today which is 50% city and 50% highway. Showing the car got almost 42mpg driving all over west seneca , out to rochester and then out to ellicottville.
The second pic is my total mileage since I woke up yesterday morning and drove out to rochester then home then out to ellicottville and then home today. 95% highway with about 5% of that being city. Mind you the drive out to ellicottville is almost entirely uphill and winding , I still managed almost 45 mpg round trip.
By the looks of it… spdboy you owe me an apology for shitting up my thread, and you also owe me $13,500. You can come buy my car that you said if I proved it got that kind of mileage, you would. Think again before you begin to bash someones for sale thread with useless nonsense because you personally drive like an idiot and dont care for the car they are selling because of it. It doesnt really matter… things have changed the last few days and I need to sell it. I was hoping to leave myself a little cushion for a beater but its not happening. I owe 11,500 on the car. I will not take a penny less than 12,500 or I will just drive it into the ground.
yes I have, ive been offered retarded lowballs far less than what i owe on it so its not worth it for me to go the dealer route. I was hoping to find an older civic to get around in and had a few trades plus cash lined up but people flaked as usual.
yeah its not worth it for me to trade for a car 5 years older than mine thats worth less straight up but good luck.
oh its cool man lol. Ive tried every option really. Private sale is the best option for me I just hope I can find something halfway decent to replace it for a while, while i save up and get back in school.
