Did this car used to be black?

No. Unless they pulled the engine and painted the bay red which I doubt. I wonder why it was traded in, New Era just finished it back in March.

I was trying to be comical referring to the recent Camaro / Jaguar scandal. The one my buddy bought was tuned even hotter than this one. Owner traded it back in for fear he would kill himself.

Was the black one in the hamburg area?

Its a deep charcoal and looks almost black so I thought it was him for a sec. He lives in OP and drives it pretty regularly. Its loud as a Cheektowaga stripper and you’d know it if you heard it.

If it is who I’m thinking we had a little fun at a light last year.

Think he just got it around March this year.

This will make a hell of a summer car for someone.

Being that this is from a dealer does it keep a warrantee somehow?

Of course it dose, even the modified Mustang kept the factory warranty .

http://www.how-do-you-spell.com/warantee

Whats worse is my Samsung S5 corrected it to warrentee

Warrantee is IPhone autocorrect

Currently looking into if this will have any factory warranty, bump for now this car is beautiful

Just curious. How does the factory warranty stay intact on a modded car?

Typically you have to prove that a component failure was a direct result of a modification. I would venture a guess that any driveline failure probably wouldn’t be covered. But if things like the water pump failed or a/c system, electrical stuff, etc, that would still be covered. It’s not like the entire warranty is void because the engine is modded.
