bracketracer, my uncle has a big ass pontoon boat. that thing is awesome for just cruising around and sitting back on the lake. whenever we go somewhere for food or to the state park, if theres no dock space no big deal. can beach the thing right at the shore line with the aluminum pontoons.
heres my pile. been sitting in the barn for winter, but as soon as its warm enough to work with fiberglass ill be getting it out and getting to work. i figure 2-3 weeks and then it gets sent over to my buddy’s shop to be painted. currently a orange metalflake with a woodgrain deck, looks almost brown in some light though. it will be painted white and orange like a creamsicle and a white interior.
‘77 18’ wriedt stinger. big block chevy, berkley jetdrive. left hand drive, and a gas pedal. lots of rooster tails 
the boat was originally named “blood, sweat & nitrous” as it had a nitrous injected bbf that pushed it about 80mph before. ive decided to keep the name after talking with my supersticious friend that used to be on a hydroplane boat team that saw alot of boats get smashed up, many which names were changed on lol.

If you guys aren’t aware of the local poker run down at templeton landing in August, you should check it out. I had s booth next to them at the boat show and they were awesome guys.
I still want a jetski, but it’s not high on my priorities list.

jetskis are pretty fun but you really need to have a couple for it to be worth it…my uncle has a couple, always way more fun when we have both of them out…can be out there for hours roosting each other and racing across the lake…if im just out there on my own, after about an hour im back at the dock and wanting to hang out on the boat instead.
I think it’s a Thompson Sidewinder, at least the sidewinder part I’m sure about. Has a 455 olds with ported and polished heads. Cam sounds pretty good too but my dad thinks he decammed it for what the impellor is.

My dads looked and probably sounds just like this minus my dad had tan interior but it needs to be complete redone.
