the M3/4 videos sounded like poo before the car came out but they didnt accurately reflect what the car sounds like off the lot either.
This car with a twin turbo Coyote V-8 would be a game changer. Instead they stick some horrid variation of their generic EcoShit engine in there just to fool more of the masses into thinking it’s such a world class engine.

I think that may have been testing for a race series vehicle.
The ecoboost 6 is a solid platform with few issues. Makes fantastic power with inexpensive mods. World class perhaps not but it is a good engine. The ford GT engine also shares nothing with the current 3.5 V6 from my understanding. It is like comparing the 5.4 truck engine to the 5.4 ford GT engine.
Interestingly this car will have a Gorilla Glass windshield:
The reason for all of this hullabaloo is that this new glass will knock upwards of 12 pounds from the weight of the GT with no discernible downside.
